In the present writ petition, the Fact Finding Letter dated 31.07.2026 (Annexure-A to the writ petition) was called in question. This Court, vide interim order dated 06.08.2026, inter alia noticing that the investigation is under progress, directed that there will be no service be offered at the subject petrol pump either by the petitioner or by the HPCL. 3. The respondent - HPCL has filed IA.No.2/2026 for modification of the said interim order dated 06.08.2026. The petitioner has also filed IA.No.3/2026 for a direction, which is in essence, modification of the interim order dated 06.08.2026. 4. It is forthcoming that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the respondents have completed the investigation and have issued a Show Cause Notice dated 24.09.2026, which is impugned in WP No.31762/2026. 5.
