No. RRC No. 1692948/502/2026013 dated 13.04.2026 and by the second respondent in Form No. EPF CP-1, Ref. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Counsel for the State appearing on behalf of the respondents. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had made a representation dated 20.05.2026 seeking permission to pay the contribution amount of Rs.7,31,243/-, as demanded by the first respondent in Ref. No. RRC No.1692948/502/2026013 dated 13.04.2026 and by the second respondent in Form No. EPF CP-1, Ref. No. 2026013/MDNKL/1692948/Recovery/CP-1/C-32/2026 dated 16.04.2026, in 15 monthly installments. However, as the said representation has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition before this Court. 5. Though very many grounds have been raised, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to 3/6 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P(MD)No.18581 of 2026 the respondent to permit the petitioner to remit the determined amount of Rs.7,31,243/- in 15 equated monthly installments. 6. In view of the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without going into the merits of the case, permits the petitioner to remit the entire demand amount of Rs.7,31,243/- by way of Ten (10) equated monthly installments, commencing from 7th August, 2026 and shall pay the installments on or before 7th of every succeeding English Calendar month, failing which, it is open to the respondents to initiate appropriate action against the petitioner in accordance with law. 7. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
