This revisional application is directed against an order dated September 9, 2025 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court at Contai, Purba Medinipur in Title Suit No. 461 of 2024 whereby the petitioner’s application for injunction under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (hereafter the Code) has been rejected on contest. 2. An order passed under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, is appealable under Order 43 Rule 1(r) of the Code. In such view of the matter, this revisional application is not maintainable. C.O. 484 of 2026 is dismissed. 2 3.
