The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 53 days in preferring the appeal against the order, dated 10.07.2023 in E.C.No.73 of 2021 on the file of the Commissioner for Employees Compensation Court, Dindigul. 2.It is seen from the records that the petitioner's earlier application in CMP(MD)No.1998 of 2026, to condone the delay in representing the appeal was allowed on 20.02.2026. 3.Despite receipt of notice, the fifth respondent has not turned up. 4.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and also perused the records. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking note of the reasons assigned, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.
