The alleged contemnor tenders unconditional apology for not being present in Court on the earlier day when the rule was made returnable. She was produced by the Officer-in-Charge, Bidhannagar Police Station on the earlier day. Since this Bench could not assemble earlier, she has appeared today and has stated that her conduct will not be repeated again. 3. Having regard to the unconditional apology tendered and since the alleged contemnor has submitted that such contumacious conduct shall not be repeated again, this Court is inclined to dispose of the instant application with a warning to the contemnor Ms. Kasturi Chowdhury, Chairperson of the South Dum Dum Municipality not to repeat such conduct in future and to appear in Court as and when summoned. 4. The alleged contemnor also submits that the documents supplied to the appellants have been duly verified with the record and shall be deemed to have been dated on the date of delivery of the same. 5. In view of the above, C.R.C. 3 of 2026 shall stand disposed of. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged. 6. The personal presence of the alleged contemnor is dispensed with. 7.
