On the previous date, learned State Counsel was directed to get instructions in the matter. Today, Ms. Meenakshi Sharma, learned AGA for the State on instructions, apprise to this Court that there are three injured persons and one injured sustained injury on most vital part of the body i.e. brain with two linear fractures and injuries are dangerous to life. She further submits that during the course of the investigation, Section 109 BNS has also been added. 5. Mr. Mohd. Safdar, learned counsel for the petitioners, after arguing at length, seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to surrender before the court concerned. 6. Learned State Counsel and learned counsel for the complainant have not raised any objection on this. 7. In such view of the matter, present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to surrender before the court concerned on or before 18.05.2026. 8.
