This petition has been filed to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.53 of 2009, dated 07.06.2011, on the file of the Sub Court, Devakkottai. 2. It is seen from the records that the petitioners are the parties to the suit in O.S.No.53 of 2009 on the file of the Sub Court, Devakkottai. Therefore, it is always open to them to file a copy application for issuance of a certified copy before the Trial Court and after getting the certified copy, file it before this Court. 3. It is also seen that the Civil Revision Petition was filed in the year 2014 and no steps have been taken by the petitioners to get the certified copies and produce them before this Court. Therefore, the petition seeking to dispense with the production of the certified copy is dismissed. 4.
