C.M.P.(MD)No.2841 of 2026 in W.A.(MD)SR.No.88427 of 2025 C.V. KARTHIKEYAN , J. AND R.SAKTHIVEL, J. The present petition has been filed seeking leave of this Court to file the above appeal. 2.It is stated that in W.P.(MD)No.15477 of 2022, the petitioners herein were not made respondents and a positive direction had been given that the Writ Petitioners therein should be allotted house sites and if they are allotted house sites, those house sites would be allotted in the lands, which these petitioners claim. It is contended that the petitioners are directly prejudiced by the said direction issued. 3.We find force in the said reason advanced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Accordingly, the petition stands allowed. _______________ https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 4.Registry to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
