However, instead of challenging the order dated 12.11.2024, the petitioner has filed the present contempt petition, which is not maintainable. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the contempt petition with liberty to file appropriate proceedings to challenge the order passed by the Joint Director (Higher Education), Amravati Division, Amravati. 3.
