The petitioner also prayed for other reliefs. 3. At the outset, when questioned of maintainability of petition was put to the party in person, he could not point out any provision which would authorize this Court to deal with the matter. 4. Since, in view of Article 243-ZG of the Constitution of India the challenge to the election can be raised through election petition, we are not inclined to entertain the present writ petition. 5.
