Pande, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that since 07.05.2026 is fixed before the trial court, therefore, the petition be disposed of finally with the direction to the learned trial court to decide the pending 6C application on the date fixed without granting any further adjournments. 5. The relief as sought appears to be 2026:UHC:3308 innocuous. 6. In such view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of finally with the direction to the trial court to decide the pending 6C application moved by the plaintiffs on the date fix i.e. 07.05.2026 and if not possible give an early date without giving any unnecessary adjournments.
