The petitioner is an accused in connection with N.D.P.S. P.S. Case No. 17 of 2022 arising out of Rail Thana Hatia P.S. Case No.02 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-VI, Ranchi. Petitioner and another co-accused were apprehended by the police and from their possession, Ganja was recovered. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected in B.A. No.9995 of 2022 and B.A. No.1009 of 2025. Though it appears that the petitioner is in custody since 14.01.2022, but regard being had to the fact that 26 Kg. Ganja was recovered and the fact that out of thirteen charge sheet witnesses, five witnesses have already been examined, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and the same is hereby rejected once again.
