Wilful disobedience of the order dated 02.02.2026 passed in Writ Petition No.13313/2025 is alleged. 3. The writ Court had directed, inter alia, the concerned revenue Authority to restore the name of the petitioner/complainant as absolute owner of the concerned property in all revenue records forthwith and in any event within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order. The order was served on 09.02.2026. A - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010296982026 NC: 2026:KHC:53925-DB CCC No. 500 of 2026 compliance affidavit of Smt. P.S.Rajeshwari, Tahasildar, Tumakuru Taluk and District was filed on 20.08.2026, paragraph No.3 of which is stated as follows: "3. I most respectfully submit that, in compliance with the orders passed by this Hon'ble Court, the office has meticulously verified the documents produced by the complainant alongside the official records maintained in this office. Upon due consideration of the Complainant's representation, this office has changed Khatha as per Hon'ble court and issued an Endorsement dated 19.08.2026.
