Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondent submitted a copy of the order dated 23.03.2026 passed in F.C.O.P.No.187 of 2022, wherein the Trial Court passed a decree dissolving the marriage between the petitioner and respondent No.1 herein solemnised on 23.08.2018. A copy of the said order was handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar. 3. Since the F.C.O.P.No.187 of 2022 was decreed, the cause in the civil revision petition does not survive for adjudication, and the same has become infructuous. Page 3 of 4 4.
