The Petitioner has approached this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial Case No. 788/2025, corresponding to Vidhan Sabha P.S. Case No. 55/2025, registered for the offence under Sections 109 read with Section 3(5) of B.N.S. and Section 27 of Arms Act and cognizance has been taken under Section 109(1)/61(2)/3(5) of B.N.S and 27 of Arms Act, pending in the court of Ld. AJC VIII, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and he has not committed any offence as alleged in the F.I.R. He further submits that no firearm, ammunition or incriminating article have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He lastly submits that the petitioner is in custody since 08.09.2025; as such, the petitioner may be enlarged on bail. 4. Learned A.P.P opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that there are specific allegations against the petitioner. 5. Having regard to the allegations made against this petitioner as well as gravity of the offence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail, at this stage.
