ORDER This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to implead the petitioners herein as respondents 7 and 8 in A.S.(MD)No.227 of 2021 before this Court. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that, after the passing of the final decree and after possession of the suit property had been taken, the petitioners subsequently purchased the property. However, they failed to implead themselves as parties to the proceedings. He further submitted that, in view of the subsequent purchase of the property after the conclusion of the final decree proceedings, the petitioners are necessary and proper parties to the present proceedings for the purpose of protecting their title, possession, and enjoyment of the property. Hence, they seek to implead themselves as respondents 7 and 8 in the present appeal. 4. The learned counsel for the 1st respondent and the learned counsel for respondents 2 & 3 did not raise any objections to this petition. They further submitted that the main appeal may be listed for final hearing. 5. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, and also taking note of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the 1st respondent and the learned counsel for respondents 2 & 3, this Court is inclined to allow this petition. 7.
