ORDER This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in CRL OP(MD) NO. 8008 of 2026, dated
30.04.2026.

Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition and the fact of pending investigation in this case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police on the first day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
