Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioner have been regularly complying with the condition and the fact of pending investigation in this case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police on the first day of every English calendar month at 10.00 a.m, for a period of three months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. 4.
