The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 25 days in filing appeal, against the award, dated 12.08.2025 made in M.C.O.P.No.482 of 2023 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal/Special Subordinate Court to deal with MCOP Cases, Dindigul. 2. Despite receipt of notice, R3 and R4 have not turned up. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for R1 and R2 and also perused the records. 4.Considering the reasons assigned and also taking note of the quantum of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay.
