The Petitioner herein has filed the instant writ petition claiming an amount of Rs.1,42,908/-. 3. The Water Resource Department has filed an affidavit-in- opposition wherein at Paragraph Nos. 8 and 9, it has been categorically mentioned that the total bill to which the Petitioner is entitled to was Rs.6,68,488/- and out of the said amount, an amount of Rs.5,79,712/- has already been paid to the Petitioner. The remaining amount of Rs.88,776/- remains payable to the Petitioner but the said amount has to be paid from the Central assistance which the Ministry of Jal Shakti, Union of India have not released. 4. This Court further takes note of that the Petitioner has not appeared before this Court on the earlier occasion as well as today. It therefore appears that the Petitioner does not want to Page No.# 3/3 further pursue with the instant proceedings and in absence of the Ministry of Jal Shakti, the instant proceedings cannot be proceeded with. 5.
