Petitioner seeks release of outstanding payment of ₹3,60,000/- for the works completed by him pursuant3,60,000/- for the works completed by him pursuant to3,60,000/- for the works completed by him pursuant to award letters dated 10.10.2019 and 11.10.2019 (Annexures P1 & P-2). Learned Additional Advocate General to have instructions in the matter about payment for works allegedly completed. Admissible payment in lieu thereof be released to the petitioner. List on 23.03.2026.” Learned Assistant Advocate General prays for and is allowed two weeks further time by way of final opportunity to comply with the previous order. List on 09.04.2026.” Despite grant of final opportunity, respondents have till date not complied with the order dated 03.03.2026 and also not availed final opportunity granted to them on 23.03.2026. By way of indulgence, learned Assistant Advocate General seeks one more opportunity to comply with the order dated 03.03.2026. Prayer is accepted, however, subject to the cost of Rs.5,000/- to be paid to the petitioner on the next date. List on 04.05.2026.” 3. Pursuant to the above order, learned Assistant Advocate General has placed on record office instructions dated 29.04.2026 from the Executive Engineer Killar Division, HPPWD, Killar Pangi, conveying that total due amount towards petitioner’s executed works has been released to him on 28.04.2026 and nothing further remains to be paid to him. - 3 - 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has certain other claims against the respondents, which though of course are disputed by them, therefore, petitioner be reserved liberty to seek appropriate remedy for the redressal of his surviving grievances. 5.
