This is an application filed alleging willful and deliberate violation to the order dated 27.05.2024 passed in WP(C) No. 5194/2023, whereby a direction was issued to the Respondent Authorities to pay the petitioners the bill amount of Rs. 12,70,601/- within a period of 3 (three) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order. 3. Mr. J. Abbas, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 and 2 submitted that the petitioners have already been paid an amount of Rs. 11,41,387/-, which is the amount payable after deduction of tax vide Cheque No. 784410 dated 26.09.2025. In this regard, the learned counsel has placed before this Court instructions dated 30.10.2025 which are kept on record and marked with the letter “X”. 4.
