The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 13.06.2026 is received and the same was forwarded to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Thirumangalam, Madurai District, which is pending as on date. There are 10 First Information Reports were registered between the rival groups. 3. Heard either sides and carefully perused the materials available on record. 4. The Revenue Divisional Officer, Thirumangalam, Madurai District, is suo moto impleaded as third respondent. Mrs.M.R.Priyanka Jothi, learned Government Advocate (Civil side) takes notice for the third respondent. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title. 5.
