The above writ petition was filed to declare the inaction of respondent No.3 in releasing the vehicle bearing No.AP39 TJ 9042 involved in Cr.No.51 of 2026 of Thulluru Police Station, as illegal and arbitrary. Page 3 of 4

Today, when the matter is taken up, Sri Kishore Kumar Kotari, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that the Joint Collector – respondent No.3 passed an order and thereafter, the vehicle was released to the petitioner. Hence, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication, and the writ petition has become infructuous. 3. Recording the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
