Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents and perused the material on record. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that his representation dated 17.02.2021 along with application in Form No.1 for appointment on compassionate grounds at Annexures-C and D submitted to the respondents has not been considered so far by them nor any order has been passed on the same. Under these circumstances, the petitioner is before this Court by way of the present petition. 4. Per contra, learned counsel for the respondents submits that if a reasonable time is given, they would consider and pass necessary order on the said representation in accordance with law. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and joint submissions made by both the sides, I deem it just and proper to dispose of this petition directing the concerned respondents to address the grievance of the petitioner, consider and pass appropriate orders/take appropriate steps/action pursuant to representation dated 17.02.2021 - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:15555 WP No. 3736 of 2026 along with application in Form No.1 for appointment on compassionate grounds at Annexures-C and D submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
