This application has been filed to cancel the Anticipatory Bail which was granted vide order dated 18.07.2025 in A.B.A. No.3806 of 2025 to the petitioner. The grounds which have been taken for cancellation of the anticipatory bail is on merits. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since a fraud was committed by the petitioners of the anticipatory bail application and the informant was cheated, the anticipatory bail should not have been granted. 4. From the order by which anticipatory bail has granted, I find that considering the fact that the dispute is in respect of money transactions arising out of an agency business and there was some agreement for arbitration, by a reasoned order, the anticipatory bail was granted, I find no ground to cancel the said anticipatory bail.
