The present Contempt Case is filed for willful disobedience of the Order dated 13.10.2025 of this Court in W.P.No.27944 of 2025 by the Respondent-authorities, wherein the Respondents are directed to finalize the amount of the Petitioner for the period from February, 2024 to November, 2024, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of order. 2. At the time of hearing, learned counsel appearing for the Respondents passed on Memo No.3112813/HR/2026, dated 07.07.2026 issued by the Director of Ayush Department, Andhra Pradesh, which was also communicated to the Petitioner, wherein the Petitioner was sanctioned Half Pay Leave on Medical Grounds commuted into full pay for six (6) weeks i.e., 42 days from 05.02.2024 to 18.03.2024. 4. As the Order in W.P.No.27944 of 2025 passed by this Court has been complied with, the Contempt Case is closed. 4 5. No order as to costs. 6.
