CMP No.9024 of 2026 The present application under Section 151 of CPC has been maintained by the applicants/respondent No. No.5(b), 5(c), 5(d) & 5(e), namely, Het Ram, Deep Ram, Keshav Ram and Vidya, respectively, for release of the awarded amount of compensation alongwith up-to-date interest, which is lying deposited in the Registry of this Court. As per the applicants, they are in dire need of money to meet out day-to-day expenses, therefore, it is prayed that the awarded amount of compensation alongwith up-to-date interest be released in their favour, as per their respective shares. 2. No reply is intended to be filed to the present application and learned counsel for the non-applicant/appellant has no objection in case the prayer made in the application is allowed, as no appeal has been preferred against the judgment dated 28.06.2025, passed by this Court and the same has attained finality. 3. Heard. Having perused the averments made in the applications, which are duly supported with affidavits of the applicants/respondent No. No.5(b), 5(c), 5(d) & 5(e), coupled with the fact that the judgment passed by this Court has attained finality, this Court finds it in the interest of justice to release the awarded amount of compensation alongwith up-to-date interest in favour of applicants, as per their respective shares in the total awarded amount of compensation, which is lying deposited in the Registry of this Court, after proper verification and identification by remitting the same to their respective bank accounts, copies whereof have been annexed with the application as Annexures A-1 to A-4.
