This Court, vide order dated 07.11.2025 passed in CRR No. 587 of 2023, while disposing o? the revision petition of the applicants, namely, KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 Sandeep Agrawal and Dinesh Kumar Agrawal, had expressed its trust that the trial Court would make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of four months from the date of passing of the order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. The learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Katghora, District-Korba (C.G.) vide her request letter dated 23.02.2026 has requested for grant of two months time for concluding the trial. 4. It transpires from perusal of the PUD that in the present case, summons/warrants issued to the prosecution witnesses could not be duly served, on account of which their evidence could not be recorded. In view of the aforesaid, it is humbly prayed that approximately 02 months’ further time be granted, so that the evidence of all prosecution witnesses may be completed and thereafter the statement of the accused be recorded, enabling the Court to Enally adjudicate and pronounce the judgment in the matter. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of two months from the date of receipt of a certiEed copy of this order. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed o: with the aforesaid direction. 7.
