This is an application for condonation of delay of 120 days in filing the revision application. 2. The applicant is challenging the order dated 26.08.2025 passed by the learned District Judge-1 and Additional Sessions Judge, Chandrapur, below Exhibit 47 in Sessions Case No. 37 of 2025, whereby the application seeking release of the vehicle as well as the mobile phone was partly allowed. The learned Trial Court allowed the release of the vehicle; however, insofar as the mobile phone is concerned, SKNair 2 21-appr-200-26.odt the application was rejected. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that another application was filed by him before the learned Session Judge, Chandrapur and after realizing that the said application is not maintainable, the subsequent application was not pressed. Thus, there was a delay of 120 days in filing the criminal revision. 4. For the reasons stated in the application, the condonation of delay of 120 days in filing the criminal revision is hereby condoned. Criminal revision be registered. 5.
