This court under its order dated 14.06.2023 passed in WP(C) 6590/2022 permitted the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the Director of Secondary Education, Assam raising her grievance of non- Page No.# 2/2 provincialisation of services and thereafter the Director of Secondary Education, Assam was to consider her representation and pass a speaking order. 2. Accordingly, a speaking order dated 05.10.2023 has been passed denying the claim of the petitioner. 3. As the speaking order has already been passed, the order dated 14.06.2023 passed in WP(C) 6590/2022 stands complied with. 4. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed. 5.
