This Habeas Corpus Petition seeks production of one Suwetha who is aged about 19 years on the apprehension that she has been illegally detained and that no action was taken on the petitioner’s complaint lodged on 31.05.2026 for woman missing. 2. When the matter has come up for admission, we have recorded the submission of Mr.Malarvannan to the effect that the detenue has approached the police station confirming that she had left her home voluntarily and had got married. We had directed the detenue to be produced today and had also asked for the parents of the detenue to appear. 3. When the matter was called today, all parties are present and we had the benefit of interacting with them. The detenue has also interacted with her parents. Her husband is also present in the Court. She is categoric that she has not been illegally detained or coerced into marrying her husband and that she does not wish to return to her parental home. Her Date of Birth is 30.08.2006. 4.
