No.127/8 measuring 0.48.00 Ares situated at Kuthiraichandal Village Kallakurichi Taluk and District in Patta No.130 and consequently to mutate the revenue records in the name of the petitioner along with the names of Arul, Sakthivel and Kesavel as per the registered Will dated 10.07.1998. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner made a representation dated 15.08.2025 to include S.F. No.127/8 measuring 0.48.00 Ares situated at Kuthiraichandal Village Kallakurichi Taluk and District in Patta No.130 and to mutate the revenue records in the name of the petitioner along with the names of Arul, Sakthivel and Kesavel as per the registered Will dated 10.07.1998. However, the said representation was not considered by the respondents. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed. 3.Mr.B.Pachaiyappan, learned Government’s Counsel, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents would submit that the petitioner’s representation dated 15.08.2026 will be considered and disposed of within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 24366 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 4 4.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government’s Counsel appearing for the respondents. 5.Considering the submission made by both parties and in view of the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondents to dispose of the petitioner’s representation dated 15.08.2025, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the other parties concerned, if any, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
