Learned Government Pleader for Agriculture would submit that there is no dispute about the quantum of claim made by the petitioner and requests four (4) weeks time to clear the bills. 3. Having regard to the above submissions, directed the respondents to pay the claim amount i.e., Rs.7,55,071/- to the petitioner, as per the Agreement No.48/2018-19, dated 25.05.2028 regarding construction of Veterinary Dispensary with Compound Wall at Palugurallapalli village of B.Mattam Mandal, within four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. With the above directions, the present Writ Petition is disposed of. Interim orders granted earlier if any, stand vacated.
