Learned Government Advocate further submits that the Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 09.04.2026 had granted an interim order. 4. In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate and taking note of the fact that the writ appeal has been filed against the order of this Court in W.P.No. 1860 of 2020 dated 29.04.2025, the contempt petition is closed.
