Despite service of notice and printing the name of the respondent in the cause list, the respondent has neither chosen to appear in person nor through counsel. Therefore, the respondent is called absent and set exparte. 3. I heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. I find sufficient cause being made by the petitioner for transfer of HMOP No.322 of 2022 filed by the respondent/husband, since it has to be necessarily tried along with HMOP No.6 of 2025 filed by the petitioner for dissolution of marriage. 5. Accordingly, this transfer petition is allowed and the proceedings in HMOP No.322 of 2025 is withdrawn from the file of II Additional Sub Court, Coimbatore and the same is transferred to the file of Subordinate Judge, Gudalur, the Nilgiris to be tried jointly along with HMOP No.6 of 2025. __________ Page2 of 4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis TR CMP No. 11 of 2026 6.
