Mr. Nikhil Singhal, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. By means of the present petition, the petitioner has sought an appropriate direction for expediting the hearing of O.S. No. 195 of 2016, Smt. Poonam Rani vs. Hari Singh (deceased) and others, pending before the Court of Civil Judge (S.D.), Laksar, Haridwar. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the suit was instituted as far back as in the year 2016. Referring to the order sheet dated 06.09.2019, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, by virtue of the said order, the matter was fixed for final arguments. It is further submitted that in paragraphs 6 and 7 of the petition, it has specifically been averred that the proceedings are being delayed on one pretext or the other at the behest of the defendants, who are allegedly in illegal occupation of the plaintiff’s property. 4. Learned counsel further submits that crucial rights of the petitioner/plaintiff are involved in the matter and, despite there being no reasonable cause, the proceedings of the suit are being unnecessarily delayed. Accordingly, a prayer has been made for expeditious disposal of the aforesaid suit. 5. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the trial court to expedite the hearing of O.S. No. 195 of 2016, Smt. Poonam Rani vs. Hari Singh (deceased) and others, pending before the Court of Civil Judge (S.D.), Laksar, Haridwar, as expeditiously as possible and preferably at an early date, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. 6.
