Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. Perused the record. 3. The impugned order dated 04.12.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.No.2328 of 2024 in C.C.No.633 of 2017 on the file of the learned Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nandigama, is purely interlocutory in nature. In view of the bar contained under Section 397(2) of ‘the Cr.P.C.,’/Section 438(2) of ‘the BNSS’, and in view of the judgments of the Hon'ble Apex Court in Sethuraman v. Rajamanickam1, Bhaskar 1(2009) 5 SCC 153 3 Dr.YLR, J Crl.R.C.No.685 of 2026 Dated 29.06.2026 Industries Ltd. v. Bhiwani Denim & Apparels Ltd.2, Girish Kumar Suneja v. CBI3 and Amar Nath v. State of Haryana4, the present Criminal Revision Case is not maintainable. 4. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is liable to be dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to file an appropriate application, in accordance with law. 5. In the result, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed.
