J DILEEP KUMAR The Court made the following: ORDER The above contempt case was filed complaining violation of order dated 25.07.2025 in W.P.No.18892 of 2025. 2. The petitioner filed the aforementioned writ petition to declare the action of respondents 2 to 4 in not considering the representation dated 12.02.2025, as illegal and arbitrary. 3. The writ petition was disposed of on 25.07.2025 at the stage of admission with the consent of learned counsel on either side, directing the 2nd respondent-District Collector to consider the representation made by the petitioner (Ex.P1) and pass appropriate orders, strictly as per the law, within two months. 4. The contempt case was filed on 23.02.2026 and notice was ordered on 26.02.2026. 5. Today when the matter is taken up for consideration, Sri J.Dileep Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the respondent passed an order vide D.Dis.D2/e-39755/2025, dated 15.02.2026. The said order was passed even before filing of the contempt case. 6. Since the respondent passed a speaking order on 15.02.2026 itself, this Court does not find any violation of the order dated 25.07.2025 in W.P.No.18892 of 2025. 7.
