Heard Mr. Piyush Garg, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Sagar Kothari, learned counsel for the respondent.
2. Withdrawal Application (IA No.7361 of 2026) has been filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner stating therein that the petitioner and the respondent have entered into an amicable settlement with their free will and consent and the respondent has handed over vacant and peaceful possession of the shop in question to the landlord/petitioner. The matter between the parties thus stood resolved and settled in view of such compromise. No grievance is left between the parties in respect of the shop in question. In view of the above compromise, the petitioner is not left with any cause of action and is desirous to withdraw the present petition.
3. Learned counsel for the respondent does not have any objection to the said withdrawal application.
4. In view of the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner for withdrawal of the petition, the said prayer is allowed.
5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
