The petitioner seeks emergency parole for the convict prisoner to attend the wedding of sister's son which was scheduled to be held between 25.09.2026 to 27.09.2026. The said period having been elapsed, the relief sought for in the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous. 3. Learned AGA upon instructions submits that the convict prisoner in question was granted general parole for 30 days which culminated on 29.08.2026. 4.
