02 /25.03.2026: Heard the learned counsel representing the petitioner and the learned counsel representing the respondents.
2. It is the grievance of the petitioner that his application for community forest rights has yet not been decided and his representation is pending since 2023 before the respondent no. 3- Sub-Divisional Officer, Sadar, Hazaribagh. He submits that suffice it would be if a direction is given to the respondent no. 3 to dispose of his application as per the law, at the earliest.
3. Considering the aforesaid submission, I direct the petitioner to file fresh application annexing a copy of this order before the respondent no. 3 within four weeks.
4. On receipt of the same, the respondent no. 3 will dispose of the representation of the petitioner, as per the law preferably

within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
5. The reasoned order so passed will be communicated to the petitioner within two weeks thereafter.
6. With the aforesaid direction and observation, this writ petition is disposed of.
