The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the modification application was rejected by an order dated 17- 1-2026, but inadvertently in the order dated 17-1-2026, it was recorded that petitioner was granted the privilege of provisional anticipatory bail by an order dated 12-1-2025 in Cr. Misc No. 79864 of 2025, when it ought to have been petitioner was granted the privilege of provisional anticipatory bail by an order dated 1-12-2025 in Cr. Misc No. 79864 of 2025. 3. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the order dated 17-1-2026 is modified to the extent that the order granting provisional anticipatory bail be Patna High Court CR.
