This amendment petition has been filed to permit the petitioner to amend the main transfer petition at the relief column as “ to withdraw the O.P.No.73 of 2025 pending on the file of Subordinate Judge, Polur, Tiruvannamalai District and to transfer the same to the file of Subordinate Judge, Gingee, Villupuram District to be tried along with HMOP No.87 of 2024. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, I am inclined to allow the petition.
