JUSTICE SACHIN SHANKAR MAGADUM ORAL ORDER The captioned writ petition is filed by the petitioner, a KPSC aspirant, calling in question the action of the respondents in denying her permission to appear for the KPSC Main Examination, notwithstanding the fact that she had successfully cleared the Preliminary Examination, solely on the ground that the prescribed fee was not remitted within the stipulated time. 2. During the pendency of the writ petition, this Court, by way of an interim order, permitted the petitioner to appear for the Main Examination, subject to further orders. 3. Sri. K.M. Prakash, learned counsel appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submits that the result of the petitioner would be declared and her candidature would be considered, subject to her eligibility to appear for the Personality Test. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:18196 WP No. 13614 of 2025 4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents, nothing further survives for consideration in the present writ petition. Recording the said submission, the respondents are directed to declare the result of the petitioner and, if she is found eligible, permit her to participate in the Personality Test. 5.
