The Petitioner, by way of instituting the present Interlocutory Application, has prayed for a correction of certain inadvertent typographical error occasioning in the body of the connected Writ Petition being WP(C) No. 1133/2023. The corrections as sought for are to the following effect : Page No.# 3/3 “In the 6th line of the Synopsis the date should be 05.11.2014 instead of 05.11.2024, in the 6th and 8th line of Paragraph - 7 of the Writ Petition, the particular date of document have been inadvertently typed as "31.01.2025" which in fact should have been written as "31.01.2026". The petitioner further states that, in the 5th line of Sub-Para of Paragraph - 8 of the Writ Petition "Respondent of G.B." which should have been typed as "President of G.B.". Moreover, in the 6th line of the Order dated 27.02.2026 passed in W.P.(C) No. 1133/2026, it is recorded as 05.11.2024 which infact should have been 05.11.2014.” This Court has perused the corrections, as prayed for, to be made in the connected Writ Petition and finds that the same has been necessitated on account of inadvertent typographical errors. Accordingly, the petitioner is permitted to correct the typographical errors in the connected Writ Petition, in the manner noticed above and to file an amended Writ Petition in the matter.
