Satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 376 days in preferring the above appeal, is condoned. 6. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post it for admission in due course. Registry is also directed to print the name of Mr.J.Chandran, learned counsel for the second respondent in the cause list at the time of listing for admission. 7.
