The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to call for records pertaining to the pension case of the petitioner. 2 10.2 That, this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to stay the operation and implementation of proposal dated 16.12.2025 in so far as it reallocates the 20% promotional quota of Counselor (Dying Cadre) to other cadres (Annexure P/1). 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to direct the respondents to prepare a combined seniority list of all eligible officers of the feeding cadre; 10.4 That, direct the respondents to keep the 20% promotional quota reserved and not to fill the same from any other cadre during pendency of the present writ petition. 10.5 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief, as it may deem fit.” 2. On the objection being raised by counsel for respective respondents with regard to the reliefs’ sought for in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition at this stage with liberty to file better constituted petition. 3.
