After arguing at length, Mr. Gaurav Panwar, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the Original Suit bearing No. 51 of 2022, “Manav Bharati Society Vs. Vishwa Kant Pandey and Others”, which is pending since last more than four years, be expedited. 3. The submission as made by the learned counsel for the petitioner appears to be innocuous. 4. In such view of the matter, the instant writ petition is disposed of finally with the direction to the Learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Dehradun to expedite the proceedings of Original Suit No. 51 of 2022, “Manav Bharati Society Vs.
