The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police strongly objected the application, however fairly conceded that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. 3. Considering the submissions made on either sides and the nature of the offence, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed in Crl.Op.No.12174 of 2026 order dated 20.05.2026. Accordingly, the condition that “the petitioners shall stay at Kallakurichi and report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kallakurichi daily twice at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30pm., until further orders” is modified to the effect that “the petitioners shall stay at Kallakurichi and report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kallakurichi daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders” The other conditions imposed earlier shall remain unaltered. 4.
